Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse the store, add items to your cart, and check out. If you’re building a multi-monitor workstation, our bundles are a fast way to match screens and mounts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer bundles?

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment options shown at checkout are the supported methods for your region. If you have trouble paying, contact us and include a screenshot of the error (if any).

Can I get an invoice/receipt?

Yes — your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you need a re-send, email us with your order number and the checkout email address.

 


 

Shipping Origin

Most DayTradeDepot orders ship from our warehouse in China. International shipping times, customs processing, and carrier handling can vary by country and region.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 14 days. In some cases (depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier handling), delivery can take up to 21 days.
Your tracking link will provide the most accurate updates once your order ships.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes — when available, tracking details are emailed after dispatch. If you didn’t receive tracking, check spam/junk first, then contact us.

Do I need to pay duties/taxes?

Some countries charge import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges (if applied) are determined by your country and carrier and are outside our control.

My package is delayed or stuck in customs — what should I do?

  • Check tracking for customs/clearance notes.
  • If the carrier requests documents or payment, respond as soon as possible.
  • If tracking has not updated for an extended period, email us your order number and tracking link so we can advise next steps.

Wrong address or missed delivery attempts?

Contact the carrier immediately using the tracking page. If the parcel is returned to sender due to address issues, missed delivery attempts, or unpaid duties/taxes,
reshipment may require new shipping fees.

 


 

Product Compatibility

Do your portable monitors work with my laptop?

Most portable monitors work in one of these ways:

  • USB-C video: Your device must support USB-C video output (often called DisplayPort Alt Mode).
  • HDMI video: Devices with HDMI output can connect via HDMI (power may still be required depending on the model).

Will USB-C work on any USB-C port?

Not always. Some USB-C ports are data/charging only. If your device does not support USB-C video output, use HDMI (or a compatible adapter/dock) instead.

Do you sell solutions for more screens?

Yes — we stock docks, adapters, and mounting hardware designed for multi-screen builds, including setups that scale toward a multi-monitor workstation.
If you’re building out a six screen mount setup, plan compatibility first (ports, GPU support, and desk space) so everything works cleanly.

Mac vs Windows — is there a difference?

Some multi-monitor setups behave differently depending on your computer and chipset. If you’re unsure, email us your device model and the number of external screens
you want to run, and we’ll point you to the safest hardware approach for your build.

 


 

Mounts & Desk Fit

What is a “trading desk mount”?

A trading desk mount is a monitor/portable-screen mounting solution designed to keep screens stable, aligned, and positioned for fast scanning across charts and tools.
It’s a practical upgrade path for anyone building a multi-monitor workstation.

Will the mount fit my desk?

Most desk mounts clamp to the desk edge or use a grommet hole. Always check:

  • Desk thickness (for clamp-style mounts)
  • Grommet hole diameter (for grommet-style mounts)
  • Available space behind the desk for the mount and arm movement

Do your mounts support standard mounting holes?

Many mounts support 75×75mm and 100×100mm mounting hole patterns. Always confirm the exact mount listing and your screen/monitor mounting holes before purchase.

What’s the best approach for a six screen mount build?

  • Confirm your desk size and where the arms will clamp/grommet.
  • Plan cable routing (power + video) before final tightening.
  • Match mount capacity to the screen sizes/weights you’re using.
  • Confirm your computer can actually run the number of external displays you want.

Are bundles the most cost-effective option for a multiple monitor setup?

Yes. For most customers, bundles are the most cost-effective way to build a multiple monitor setup because they’re designed to include the core hardware you typically need in one package —
such as screens/monitors, arms, USB-C or HDMI cables, and hubs (when required). This reduces mismatched parts, extra shipping, and trial-and-error ordering.

Can I mix and match?

Yes — if you want a custom build (for example, specific screens plus a portable monitor mount and extra cables), order items individually or contact us for guidance.

What should I buy first for a multi-monitor workstation?

  • If you need more chart space immediately: start with a screen (or a screen bundle).
  • If you want stability and cleaner positioning: add a trading desk mount solution next.
  • If you’re expanding display count: add a compatible hub/dock/adapter and confirm your computer supports your target setup.

 


 

Drivers & Software (Hubs / Adapters)

Do hubs or adapters need drivers?

Some hubs/adapters require a driver (software) to enable additional displays on certain computers. If a driver is required, the product page will clearly state it
and will include a download link with setup notes.

Where do I find the driver download link?

Go to the product page for the hub/adapter and look for the “Driver” / “Download” / “Setup” section. If you can’t find it, contact us with your order number
and we’ll point you to the correct link.

 


 

Troubleshooting

My portable monitor isn’t showing a picture — what do I check?

  1. Confirm you’re using the correct input (USB-C video vs HDMI).
  2. Try a different cable (some cables are charge-only and won’t carry video).
  3. Confirm your USB-C port supports video output (if using USB-C video).
  4. Test with another device if possible to isolate whether it’s the device or the cable.

My hub/adapter works but screens flicker or disconnect.

  • Use shorter, higher-quality cables where possible.
  • Avoid stacking multiple adapters if a single-purpose solution is available.
  • Confirm adequate power delivery to the hub and connected screens.

No. DayTradeDepot sells hardware and accessories for workstation setups. We do not provide brokerage services, trading platforms, or financial advice.
